About WirelessLab
A small practice for difficult wireless questions
WirelessLab is an independent wireless engineering and research practice. We connect measurement, modeling, and experimentation with the decisions that make real deployments succeed. Our work is for enterprises, research institutions, and universities that need to understand coverage, performance, mobility, interference, or technology fit before they commit to a larger path.
Our work moves between configurable testbeds, field measurements, propagation and coverage analysis, KPI intelligence, and deployment planning. That range lets us ask a practical question early: what needs to be measured before this decision is ready?
We do not treat a coverage map, a lab trace, or a single KPI as the whole story. We connect evidence to the physical environment, the device, the application, and the operating condition that produced it.
Our mission is simple: make complex radio behavior easier to understand, validate, and act on.
How we help
- Readiness and feasibility: Frame the use case, constraints, evidence plan, and next decision before a larger project begins.
- Measurement and field validation: Connect coverage, service KPIs, mobility, and operating conditions through surveys, drive tests, and acceptance plans.
- Research and testbeds: Build configurable environments where wireless ideas can be compared, repeated, and prepared for transfer.
- Architecture and optimization: Integrate the radio, network, device, application, and improvement questions into a workable engineering path.
Where we add value
Useful when the answer cannot come from a datasheet.
For operations teams
Make coverage, mobility, reliability, and service quality measurable at the site, route, or process where the network has to perform.
For research teams
Turn a promising wireless idea into a controlled experiment with repeatable conditions, synchronized observations, and a clear route to the next test.
For technology partners
Compare system behavior in a defined environment and create evidence that helps technical, commercial, and deployment conversations move together.
For project owners
Leave with decision-ready documentation: what was tested, what was observed, what remains uncertain, and what should happen next.
Our working method
Measure what the decision depends on, then make the next step explicit.
Frame
Clarify the operation, research question, site, devices, movement, and constraints.
Measure
Collect the radio, service, and environmental observations that can answer the question.
Explain
Connect maps, traces, models, and KPIs to the conditions behind the result.
Move forward
Leave with a documented next step: test, tune, deploy, compare, or investigate further.
