Introduction

This page explains, in plain language, what information may be involved when you browse this static website or contact WirelessLab. It describes the current website implementation and must be kept aligned with the services and providers actually used.

Controller

The controller for personal data processed through this website is the WirelessLab operator identified on the Provider Information page. For privacy questions or requests, contact charbel.lahoud@wireless-lab.de.

Cookies and Tracking

This is an informational website. It does not provide user accounts, login, online ordering, subscriptions, newsletters, advertising profiles, or online payment. The site does not intentionally add its own advertising or analytics tracking. Pages load resources from Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs, and jQuery's CDN; those providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser, referrer, and requested resource. The contact form uses FormSubmit and may use its anti-spam check, which may process technical information.

Data Collection

Information you enter into the contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, project context, timing, and message, is sent through FormSubmit.co for processing and forwarding to our mailbox. Email correspondence is handled through the relevant mail systems. Do not submit confidential information or personal data that is not needed for the initial project conversation.

The contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and assess a possible freelance service conversation. Where you ask for steps toward a service agreement, processing may be based on measures taken at your request before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, responding to a business inquiry is based on the legitimate interest in handling and communicating about the request under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Only provide information needed for the inquiry. Required fields are limited to your name, email address, and message. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage the inquiry. If the inquiry results in a separate client relationship, applicable statutory retention requirements for business records may apply.
